Refunds and cancellation
Cancel any time. Refunds within 14 days.
Plain rules, so nobody has to argue with anybody.
- Cancelling
- Cancel from your account page on counterspot.app, or write to us. Counterspot keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then drops to the free plan. It stays installed.
- Refunds
- If you ask within 14 days of a payment, we refund that payment in full, no questions. After 14 days we don't refund the current period, but cancelling stops the next one.
- How long it takes
- We start the refund within two working days. Your bank or card usually shows it within 5–10 working days after that.
- After a refund
- The key returns to the free plan: single-ad downloads and Copy text keep working.
- Asking
- Write to hello@webxdevelopers.com from the email you paid with, and say which plan.
