Plain terms, in plain English.

This is the agreement between you and webxdevelopers of New Delhi for using the Ads Library Downloader. We have tried to write it so you can actually read it. If a line is unclear, ask us before you buy rather than after.

What you get
A licence to use the extension for as long as your subscription is paid up. One licence covers one person, across the number of browsers your plan allows. The software itself stays ours.
What you may not do
Share your key around, resell access, or pass the build on. A key checking in from a suspicious number of browsers can be revoked.
How you use it is yours
What you download and what you then do with it is on you. The ads and their creative belong to the advertisers who ran them, and having a copy does not give you the right to republish it. If your use is commercial or at any real scale, read each library's terms too.
Alpha software
This is early software. It changes often and it can break. It comes as-is, with no warranty that it will run uninterrupted or without errors.
Things outside our control
Meta and Google change their pages whenever they like, and that can stop parts of the extension working until we catch up. We fix these as fast as we can. We cannot promise you a date.
Liability
Our liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then drops to the free plan, where single-ad downloads and Copy text keep working. There is no minimum term and no exit fee.
Ending a licence
We may end a licence for sharing keys, for trying to work around security checks, or for non-payment. End it for any other reason and we refund the unused part.
Not affiliated
webxdevelopers is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. or Google LLC.
Law
Indian law governs these terms, and the courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
